Thank you for shopping with Aventus9. We have a 30 day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied, send it back for a full refund.
For domestic purchases our products are shipped in a medium flat rate box that can be handled by any shipping company. We use the United States Postal Service for all international shipments. All of these services have tracking numbers once the customer has requested them so you can follow your order to your house. Please remember that aventus9 ships orders between three to five business days for some areas after they are placed, we suggest if you need your products sooner that you order with extra processing time. Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
Return of Merchandise Purchased Online
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
We offer two effortless ways to return or exchange your order.
1. Submit a return online!
To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 7 days of the order shipment date. After 7 days of your order shipment date, the only option for refund will be offered in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address used on the order.
Returning online is easy! Email us your order number, name and make sure the email you use is the email you used when the ordered your product.
Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email.
For returns, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label in your package or the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Meaning that it is free on our part.

Important Return Information
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method* if mailed to the address listed above within 7 days of the shipping date. If you are making a return after 7 days, your refund will be processed as merchandise credit, or a fee will be deducted from your refund.
Orders placed on this site cannot be returned or exchanged outside the US.
*If you placed an order in person and paid cash, any refunds, cancellations or returns will initiate an email allowing you to go back to a SAIL JR store location in the US within 7 days to receive your refund. If you do not return to a store within 7 days, an e-gift card will be sent to the email address used on your order.
